Flashback almost 3 years ago 

"Hon?" I called for Minjeong as i was fixing my hair into a bun habang bumababa ako ng hagdan.

I found our daughters playing their toys sa play pen nila.

Lumapit ako at binigyan sila ng halik sa pisngi

"Hello my babies." I greeted them

They both gave me their toothy smile

"Ma!" Eli called for me and made a grabby motion with her chubby hands

I carried her in my arms habang hawak ko naman si Amy sa isa ko pang kamay.

We found Minjeong cooking breakfast while she's on her working clothes.

I'm a housewife, although i have a decent job before sa company ni Ate but Minjeong told me na i should stop and stay at home na lang to look after the kids at kaya niya raw mag provide for us.

"Good morning my babies!" She greeted us and  gave us a kiss

She took Eli from me who were giggling kanina pa when she saw her mom.

We went to the dining table to eat.

"Hon? Malapit na birthday ng kambal. Next week na nga eh. What are our plans?"

She stopped cutting the pancakes for small bites para kay Amy and sinabihan na itong kumain bago siya humarap sakin.

"I have a business trip next week, Hindi ko ma move yun since it's really a big project and it will benefit the companies more."

"So you're choosing the company instead of spending time with YOUR KIDS on their special day?"

"That's not what i meant."

"That's what it looks like to me Minjeong. They're your kids, your supposed to be there for them."

"I know. I'll... Susubukan kong makahabol sa birthday nila."

Hindi na ko sumagot dahil baka ano pa ang masabi ko.

"Mama, miwlk.." Basag ng katahimikan ni Amy.

Ini-abot ko sa kaniya ang cup niya so she can drink.

I heard a phone ringing kaya i looked at Minjeong.

She looked for her phone and nung nahanap niya yun ay agad niyang sinagot ang tawag.

"I got to go hon. Take care and the kids." She said at umalis na agad.

I sighed and placed Eli in my lap as i was feeding her.

"Yum?" Tanong ko when i fed her a pancake

"Yes yes."

I looked at both of them and they gave me their sweetest smile.

They just look at me and smiled.

"They probably missed you both already." I said and carried the both of them.

"Let's go and take a bath!" I said and they both giggled.

Their laughs is like a music to my ears, i could never turn down for that.

After i took them to bathe, more like ang nangyari is the both of them laughing

"Alright, you both smell good na." I said as i settled them down sa bed namin ni Minjeong.

I gave them their toys para nalilibang habang nagbibihis ako.

I decided na bisitahin namin ang parents ni Minjeong.

After ko mag bihis i sprayed some perfume and carried the twins in my arms.
